Can you give me information on the area around the hotel?

We are located in Akasaka in the center of Tokyo. You can walk to Roppongi. In addition, there are two or three subway stations to Harajuku and Omotesando. We also offer convenient access to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Ginza.

Can you tell me the nearest station and how to get to the hotel from there?

The nearest station is Akasaka Station (C06) on the Chiyoda Line. Leave by Exit 6 of Akasaka Station and walk along the road on your left for about five minutes. You will see our hotel on the left. The 5-Chome Police Box serves as the landmark.

How can I get to the hotel from Tokyo Station?

Please get off at Kokkai-gijidomae Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line from Tokyo and then transfer to the Chiyoda Line. Akasaka Station is the next station.

How can I get to the hotel from Haneda Airport?

Take the Tokyo Monorail from Haneda Airport and then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line at Hamamatsucho. Walk to Hibiya on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line at Yurakucho. Transfer to the Chiyoda Line and get off at Akasaka. It is then five minutes on foot. If you take the airport shuttle bus, get off at Akasaka Excel Tokyu Hotel and it is then 15 minutes on foot.

How can I get to the hotel from Narita Airport?

Take the Keisei Skyliner from Narita Airport and then transfer to the JR Yamanote Line at Nippori. Transfer to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line at Nishi-Nippori and then get off at Akasaka. It is then five minutes on foot. If you take the airport shuttle bus, get off at Akasaka Excel Tokyu Hotel and it is then 15 minutes on foot.

Can I use Wi-Fi in the hotel?

You can use Wi-Fi in your room and the lobby free of charge.

Can I also make a reservation over the telephone?

You can make reservations 24 hours a day by telephone.

Are there different rates when reserving over the telephone and on the Internet?

If you make a reservation by telephone, we will inform you of the standard rate. There is a special rate if you make a reservation on the Internet. Please understand that we cannot give you information on Internet rates over the telephone.

When should I pay?

Please pay when you check in.

Can I use a credit card?

Yes. We accept VISA, JCB, AMEX and similar. Please understand that we cannot accept credit card company gift cards. We may only be able to accept payment in cash depending on the plan you reserve.

Can you tell me the check-in and check-out times?

Normally, check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 10:00. This may vary depending on the plan you reserve. Please contact us if you will check in after 23:00. We may cancel your reservation if you do not contact us in this case. Extended check-out is available at 1,080 yen per hour. Please contact reception if you wish to extend your check-out.

I would like to go out after checking in. Is there a closing time.

We have no closing time. However, we are locked at night (0:00 am to 05:00 am). Please use your key card to unlock the door. Please use the interphone if you have not yet checked in.

Can I reserve a parking space?

We are very sorry, but you cannot reserve parking spaces. We will show guests to parking spaces on the day in order of your arrival. The parking lot fee is 2,100 yen per day (from the check-in time of 15:00 to the check-out time of 10:00). The height of the parking lot is 2.3 m.

Do you have hair dryers?

Yes. You will find a hair dryer in your room.

Do you have dressing gowns?

Yes. You will find yukatas (light cotton kimonos) in the drawer of the desk of your room.

Can you look after my luggage?

We can look after your luggage at the reception. Please understand that we cannot look after valuables.

Can you look after my luggage before I check in and after I check out?

We can look after your luggage at the reception before you check in. We can only look after your luggage on the day in question after you check out.

Do you have a place where I can change money?

There is a place where you can change money about 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The reception will give you directions.

Can you call a taxi for me?

We can telephone a taxi company to make a reservation.

What do you offer for breakfast?

We offer a Japanese-style and Western-style buffet.

Do you have room service?

No.

Do you have places where I can smoke inside the hotel?

No. We will give you information on places where you can smoke outside the hotel.

Do you have a fitness gym and pool in the hotel?

No.

Do you have a laundromat in the hotel?

We have two washing machines (1 time / 38 minutes: 200 yen) and two dryers (1 time / 30 minutes: 100 yen) in the laundry corner on 2F.

Can I send you my luggage the day before my stay?

We will look after your luggage if you send it in advance at the reception. However, please make sure to fill out your name on the slip and make sure to arrive on the day of your stay. We cannot look after valuables.

Can I enter my room before the check-in time?

You can enter your room if we have finished cleaning it. However, we will charge an extension fee if you enter your room an hour or more before the check-in time.

Can I extend my check-out time?

There is an extended check-out fee of 1,080 yen per hour.

Do you require a deposit?

No. This is because we ask that you pay when you check in.

Do I need to show you my passport when I check in?

We ask that foreign nationals show your passport according to guidance by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Can you tell me my room number in advance?

We are very sorry, but we will not know this until the day of your stay.

Can I be accompanied by my guide dog or service dog?

Yes.

Do you have a child rate?

No.

Can you put me on the waiting list if you are fully booked?

We do not have a waiting list.

Do you have a cancellation charge?

There is a cancellation charge if you cancel from the day before the scheduled day of your stay. This charge will be 20% of the accommodation rate if you cancel the day before your scheduled stay and 80% of the accommodation rate if you cancel on the day of your scheduled stay.

Do you have safety deposit boxes?

No. We will look after your valuables at the reception.

Do you have microwaves?

There are no microwaves in the guest rooms, so please bring what you want warmed up to the reception.

Can the restaurant handle allergies?

We can handle allergies if you contact us in advance.

Do you have a spa/sauna?

No.

Can I borrow a stroller/wheelchair?

No.

Do you have members of staff who can speak English?

Yes.

Can I borrow a bicycle?

No.

Do you offer a dry cleaning service?

If you ask at the reception by 10 am, we can return your clothes to you by 6 pm on that day.

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a convenience store (Seven-Eleven) next door.

Is there a duty free shop?

There are duty free convenience stores, drug stores and electronics retail stores in the neighborhood.
